Guest Access Guests will have full access to the condo as well as shared areas throughout the Barefoot Yacht Club community. This includes access to community outdoor pools, hot tubs, and scenic walking areas along the Intracoastal Waterway. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful marina surroundings and relaxing outdoor spaces throughout the property. The location also provides easy access to nearby golf courses, shopping, dining, and entertainment at Barefoot Landing. As a guest, you’ll also find public beach access nearby, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing. Please note that the HOA allows only two parking passes for this unit, and additional passes unfortunately cannot be provided.
