Condo Features This well-maintained unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, and cable TV. Towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience. The unit also includes two parking passes, as permitted by the HOA. Please note: additional parking passes are not available.
Guest & Resort Access Guests have access to the community’s amenities, including outdoor pools and hot tubs (not spas), as well as nearby public beach access perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing. Please note that some amenities may be seasonal and subject to availability. Contact us for specific opening dates and amenity availability during your stay.
Interaction Preferences We are here to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. All communications will be conducted via phone, email, or messaging. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns during your stay, and we’ll be happy to assist you promptly.
Other Things to Note • Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals. • A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking. • Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay. • As a guest, you’ll find public beach access nearby—perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.
House Rules No Pets. No smoking inside of unit. No Groups under 25 No house parties. You must be over the age of 25 to rent with us We do not rent to locals You must also sign our rental agreement along with providing a copy of your ID
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds Note: Only one car is allowed per unit.
