Other Things to Note
- Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
- A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
- Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
- As a guest, you’ll find public beach access nearby—perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.
- No Pets.
- No smoking inside of unit.
- No Groups under 25
- No house parties.
- You must be over the age of 25 to rent with us
- We do not rent to locals
- You must also sign our rental agreement along with providing a copy of your ID
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking FeeCancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
