Guests have full access to the condo and all shared resort amenities, including outdoor pools, the grilling area, and public beach access located just across the street. Laundry facilities are available on the second floor of each building. Parking passes are provided for your convenience (limit may apply).

Other Things to Note

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.

• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

• Pools and other amenities may be seasonal and subject to availability—please contact us for specific opening dates.

• This unit does not include daily housekeeping.

• As a guest, you’ll find public beach access perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing right outside your door.





All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee



Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees



Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
