Other Things to Note

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.

• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

• No Pets

• No Smoking in unit or on property – $500 deep cleaning fee applies

• No House Parties or Groups Under Age 25

• Ocean Blue does not permit motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers

• Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM; while we aim for 4 PM, delays may occur

• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability. Please contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.







All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee



Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees



Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply



Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
