• Age Limit: You must be 25 or older to rent this property.

• Driver’s License & Rental Agreement: Guests must provide a copy of their driver’s license and sign the Affordable Large Properties rental agreement to complete the booking.

• No Rentals to Locals: We do not rent to locals.

• No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the unit. A $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs.

• No Pets: No pets allowed.

• Parking: Parking for 3 vehicles, and golf cart parking is available.

• No House Parties: This is a family-friendly property, and house parties are not permitted.
