• Living Area: This inviting condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with two beautifully furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open-plan living area features a spacious layout with three flat-panel TVs for your entertainment. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the private balcony, perfect for relaxing and taking in the sunset.

• Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a convenient stay, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a coffee maker. Essential cooking utensils, cookware, and a blender are provided, making meal preparation a breeze. A dining table provides a cozy spot for enjoying meals together.

• Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Each bedroom is designed for relaxation, with comfortable beds and ample storage. The bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub and essential toiletries. Fresh linens and towels are provided, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

• Additional Features: The condo includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and heating for year-round comfort. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and enjoy added conveniences like an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and extra pillows and blankets. Please note that while the layout is consistent, the decor may vary as each condo is individually owned.

Guest Access

• Resort Facilities: As a guest, you have direct access to the indoor pool, indoor and outdoor spas, lazy river, and children’s pool at Atlantica South Tower. These facilities are perfect for relaxing or having fun with family. The Atlantica North Tower, located just half a block away, offers additional resort amenities which you can enjoy. Access to some amenities may be subject to availability and specific resort policies.

• Beach Access: The condo is ideally located less than 150 yards from the beach, providing easy and convenient access to the sandy shores and Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a day at the beach with public access just a short walk away.

• Amenities Access: While you have access to the resort amenities at Atlantica South Tower, please be aware that resort amenities at Atlantica North Tower may have restrictions and are subject to availability.

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old and sign our rental agreement. Please note that we do not rent to locals.
