This one bed one bath Ocean view unit is a great choice for couples and families of four. It comes with great amenities one of which is Grand Strands top resorts. Resort amenities that come with vacation essentials includes; Indoor outdoor pools & kids pools also & a lazy river and more! There`s also a top of the line fitness center as well as the full-service Awaking Spa, which offers massages, pedicures, manicures and Wet & Dry therapy. Extremely clean and well maintained, the unit is comfortably furnished and offers a king-size bed in a large bedroom as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa in the common area. Guests enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, a hair dryer for convenience also, as well as a full kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with coffee maker & everything needed for simple meals or sumptuous feast with all major appliances as well as a microwave and dishwasher. As for eating out, there`s no shortage of outstanding restaurants, a hand full in walking distance, including Magnolias at 26th, New York Prim, Spring House Family Restaurant and one of the South`s outstanding seafood restaurants The Sea Captain`s House. Both the Myrtle Beach Convention Center and the spectacular Broadway at the beach, entertainment complex are each about a mile away.

You must come to our office first before heading over to the property. This is where you will receive your access information before going to the property. Once you receive check-in instructions you may continue to the property. If you do not receive check-n instructions, please be sure to let us know as you will not be able access the property without them. Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions!

What we supply you with:

• During your stay we supply linens and towels (no beach towels) as well as the initial setup of toiletries but ask that you purchase your own for the remainder of your stay.
• We do not provide a daily housekeeping service so we will not be replacing towels or sheets during your stay.
• One roll of paper towels
• One trial size dish soap (for kitchen use) as well as one kitchen towel.
• One dishwashing detergent if applicable.
• One roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• One trial size of shampoo
• One trial size conditioner
• One trial size of body wash and body lotion
• One trial size of laundry detergent (if applicable)
• As well as one trash bag for the kitchen.

Monthly Rentals – We do not offer all year long monthly rentals. We offer Monthly Winter Rentals October through March of the following year.

PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to permit two parking passes per reservation. Outdoor pools are seasonal. You can message us to find out opening and closing dates.
