With a beautiful oceanfront view, there’s nothing not to love about this stylish condo. The unit is able to host eight guests, with two bedrooms that offer a king-size bed and two queen size beds. In addition, the condo also has a sleeper sofa located in the common area as well. The private balcony opens up off both the living area and master bedroom, making it convenient to enjoy breath taking views of our very own Atlantic Ocean and its coast line. The living area is roomy with a flat screen TV and dining area making it the perfect spot for relaxing movie nights. As for the kitchen it comes fully equipped with everything that will meet your needs including a coffee maker, a full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, along with all the utensils you will require during your stay at the Anderson Ocean Club. There`s also an in-unit washer & dryer & a hair dryer for convenience too! In addition to dining in, guests can also enjoy scores of nearby restaurants, including Magnolia’s at 26th just across the street from the resort. There’s also a seasonal poolside bar that’s open from 6pm until 2am during the season. Other nearby restaurants include Grand Central Station and Bummz Café. Property amenities include two outdoor pools and a lazy river, a heated indoor pool, kiddie pools, oversized hot tubs, a fitness center and much more! Guests can also enjoy the many services offered by the resort’s full-service Awakening Spa. Just two miles away is the state’s largest entertainment complex, Broadway at the Beach, home to many of the Grand Stand’s top attractions. So, come enjoy your stay at 810 Anderson Ocean Club!

CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS:
You must come to our office first before heading over to the property. This is where you will receive your access information before going to the property. Once you receive check-in instructions you may continue to the property. If you do not receive check-n instructions, please be sure to let us know as you will not be able access the property without them. Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions!

What we supply you with:

• During your stay we supply linens and towels (no beach towels) as well as the initial setup of toiletries but ask that you purchase your own for the remainder of your stay.
• We do not provide a daily housekeeping service so we will not be replacing towels or sheets during your stay.
• One roll of paper towels
• One trial size dish soap (for kitchen use) as well as one kitchen towel.
• One dishwashing detergent if applicable.
• One roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• One trial size of shampoo
• One trial size conditioner
• One trial size of body wash and body lotion
• One trial size of laundry detergent (if applicable)
• As well as one trash bag for the kitchen.

Monthly Rentals – We do not offer all year long monthly rentals. We offer Monthly Winter Rentals October through March of the following year.

PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to permit two parking passes per reservation. Outdoor pools are seasonal. You can message us to find out opening and closing dates.
