Welcome to Magnolia North at Myrtlewood Villas, where your Myrtle Beach vacation experience awaits in our stylish one-bedroom condo. Designed for comfort and convenience, this unit can accommodate up to 4 guests with ease. The condo features contemporary furnishings, a cozy living area, and a private balcony or patio where you can soak up the Myrtle Beach atmosphere.

Inside, you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and essential cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The condo also includes a washer/dryer combo for your convenience. Stay entertained with multiple televisions and stay connected with complimentary WiFi. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, and the bedroom provides a restful retreat with high-quality linens.



Guest Access

During your stay, you’ll have access to all of the exceptional amenities offered by Myrtlewood Villas, including several outdoor pools, an indoor pool complex, and a well-equipped fitness center. The resort also features recreational facilities like a basketball court and shuffleboard. The public beach access is just a mile away, offering a quick drive or leisurely walk to the sun and sand.

Please note that certain exclusive amenities such as private golf courses and marinas are not included in your stay. Enjoy all the communal areas and resort facilities, but keep in mind that some areas may have restrictions.



Interaction with Guests

To ensure a seamless experience, all communication regarding your stay will be handled through phone, email, or messaging. We are dedicated to providing support and answering any questions you may have during your stay. Although we won’t be available for in-person interactions, rest assured that we’re here to assist you remotely to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

For shopping and leisure, visit the Broadway at the Beach complex. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy nearby golf courses, water parks, and the beautiful Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Hiking trails and wildlife viewing opportunities are also within reach. Please be aware that all guests must be at least 25 years old to rent with us. Additionally, a signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license are required. We do not rent to locals in order to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. If you are under 25 or a local, your reservation will be canceled.
