Other Things to Note

• Guests must be at least 25 years old to book

• A copy of your driver’s license and signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking

• Two parking passes will be provided upon check-in (no motorcycles or trailers allowed)

• The unit provides an initial set of linens, towels, and toiletries for your stay (not beach towels)

• Nearby attractions include Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, and dining at Sea Captain’s House and River City Café

• We ask guests to purchase additional toiletries as needed throughout their stay



Please note that some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Feel free to reach out to us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.





All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee



Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees



Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply



Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
