• Beach Access: The condo is conveniently located less than 150 yards from the beach, allowing easy access to the sandy shores and surf. Public beach access is available, making it easy to spend your days lounging by the ocean.

• Amenities Access: While you have access to the outdoor pool at Atlantica North Tower, please be aware that resort amenities at Atlantica South Tower may have restrictions and are subject to availability.
