Muzika! The Grand Strand Music Festival

Location: Throughout the Grand Strand

The Grand Strand Music Festival is set to take place from June 1 – 30, 2024, featuring more than 30 spectacular performances. The lineup includes operas, musical theater, choral-orchestral works, Broadway numbers, voice recitals, chamber music, and a Master Artists Concert Series with notable artists from The Metropolitan Opera and other distinguished institutions. The events will showcase exceptional vocalists and the internationally acclaimed Varna International Orchestra. Detailed performance schedules are still to be announced.

Carolina Country Music Festival 2024

Dates: June 6, 2024 – June 9, 2024

Location: 812 North Ocean Blvd., Myrtle Beach, SC

The Carolina Country Music Fest® (CCMF) is an annual three-day outdoor country music festival held in June at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The event kicks off with a pre-festival concert on Thursday evening and features major country music artists on multiple stages across an 18-acre coastal site. Notable features include booths, VIP areas, and various concessions. The 2024 festival will occur from June 6-9, showcasing stars like Carrie Underwood, Lady A, Morgan Wallen, Megan Moroney, Lee Brice, Old Dominion, Parker McCollum and more!. Since its inception in 2015, CCMF has expanded, adding more stages to cater to growing crowds, with the upcoming event marking its seventh edition.

Happy Together Tour

Location: The Carolina Opry Theater

The Happy Together 2024 Tour is returning to Calvin Gilmore’s Carolina Opry Theater, featuring classic rock icons like THE TURTLES, JAY & THE AMERICANS, THE ASSOCIATION, BADFINGER, THE VOGUES, and THE COWSILLS. Fans of timeless music and dynamic performances can look forward to a memorable night with these legendary acts. Given its history of selling out, early booking is highly recommended to secure preferred seating.

Conway Riverfest

Location: Riverfront Park – 6 Elm Street, Conway, SC 29526

Since 1980, Conway has marked the Red, White, and Blue with a celebration featuring live music, tasty food, local vendors, fireworks, and children’s activities. The event offers a full day of entertainment suitable for all ages, including a Business Expo, Artisans Market, golf cart parade, and much more.

Murrells Inlet Boat Parade: On Tuesday, July 4, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., the boat parade launches from Garden City Point and follows the shoreline south. This year’s theme is “Made in America,” and fireworks will follow the event at 10:00 p.m..

Pawleys Island July Fourth Parade: On Tuesday, July 4, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., join the amusing, nostalgic, and patriotic parade at Pawleys Island Town Hall. Decorate your golf cart, car, boat, or truck bed with patriotic red, white, and blue colors for a chance to win prizes.

Salute From The Shore: Date: July 4, 2024 // 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM // Location: The Myrtle Beach Shoreline
Fifteen years ago, friends Johnny Folsom and Toddy Smith, inspired while celebrating the 4th of July on the beach, decided to honor military personnel serving overseas. Their idea has evolved into a cherished tradition. Every 4th of July, spectators gather at North Myrtle Beach for a patriotic flyover by military aircraft starting at 1 P.M. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early, bring flags, and wear their best red, white, and blue to show support in an event known as Salute from the Shore.

AUGUST:

Sail On: The Beach Boys Tribute

Date: August 4, 2024

Location: The Carolina Opry Theater

Sail On, a Nashville-based tribute band, performs the music of The Beach Boys live, delivering classic hits and deep cuts without backing tracks. Celebrating the iconic band’s legacy, they perform over eighty shows annually across the U.S. The band will be live at The Carolina Opry Theater on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at 7pm.

Creedence Revived: The World’s Premier CCR Tribute Band
