Located on the 18th floor of the Windy Hill Dunes Resort you will find our massive 5-bedroom 4-bathroom condo with sleeping arrangements that can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. inside you will find breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean that stretch across the entire length of the property. The kitchen comes complete with a wet bar, granite counter tops, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the cookware/dishware you will require during your stay along with the convenience of a washer and drier. The Master bedroom features the massive king-size bed overlooking the Atlantic. The second bedroom has a queen size-bed with a flat screen TV and its own bathroom. Third bedroom includes a king size-bed, flat screen TV and its own bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedroom have two queen size-beds in each room, a flat screen TV and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Windy Hill Dunes Resort amenities include a swimming pool, lazy river, hot tub, grilling area, fitness center, and children’s pool.

CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS:
You must come to our office first before heading over to the property. This is where you will receive your access information before going to the property. Once you receive check-in instructions you may continue to the property. If you do not receive check-n instructions, please be sure to let us know as you will not be able access the property without them. Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions!

What we supply you with:

• During your stay we supply linens and towels (no beach towels) as well as the initial setup of toiletries but ask that you purchase your own for the remainder of your stay.
• We do not provide a daily housekeeping service so we will not be replacing towels or sheets during your stay.
• One roll of paper towels
• One trial size dish soap (for kitchen use) as well as one kitchen towel.
• One dishwashing detergent if applicable.
• One roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• One trial size of shampoo
• One trial size conditioner
• One trial size of body wash and body lotion
• One trial size of laundry detergent (if applicable)
• As well as one trash bag for the kitchen.
