This is a luxurious two-bedroom, two bath oceanfront Penthouse. This condo is on the 12th floor and provides our guests with the most breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean! Completely renovated, this condo is pristine! Very exquisite in every detail. Entertain in great style from your open spacious combined floor plan, which features a large living room and dining room space. The living room has a 55" flat screen smart TV, a pullout queen sleeper sofa, electric fireplace for those cold nights and in the summer months the ambiance as the sun sets over the night sky. The dining room seats six with three additional seating at the beautiful island and adjacent is a convenient office space here as well. The kitchen has all granite counters, a beautiful glass tile back splash, standard range and refrigerator and cookware, also coffee pot, microwave, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience. There is a large pantry area and plenty of cabinet space. The master bedroom features a california king bed, a walk-in closet and laundry room area with a washer and dryer. There is access to the oceanfront balcony here as well. Right outside of the bedroom is a full bath, all tiled, with a new walk in shower. The guest room has two queen beds, floor to ceiling windows with a magnificent view of the ocean, and a private bath with a shower/Jacuzzi jet tub combo. All bed rooms have a 50" smart flat screen TVs. This condo is family oriented including a pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, and beach cart with accessories. CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS:
You must come to our office first before heading over to the property. This is where you will receive your access information before going to the property. Once you receive check-in instructions you may continue to the property. If you do not receive check-n instructions, please be sure to let us know as you will not be able access the property without them. Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions!

What we supply you with:

• During your stay we supply linens and towels (no beach towels) as well as the initial setup of toiletries but ask that you purchase your own for the remainder of your stay.
• We do not provide a daily housekeeping service so we will not be replacing towels or sheets during your stay.
• One roll of paper towels
• One trial size dish soap (for kitchen use) as well as one kitchen towel.
• One dishwashing detergent if applicable.
• One roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• One trial size of shampoo
• One trial size conditioner
• One trial size of body wash and body lotion
• One trial size of laundry detergent (if applicable)
• As well as one trash bag for the kitchen.

Monthly Rentals – We do not offer all year long monthly rentals. We offer Monthly Winter Rentals October through March of the following year.

PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to permit two parking passes per reservation. Outdoor pools are seasonal. You can message us to find out opening and closing dates.
