This Homestyle listing is located on the 18th floor at the top of the Regency Towers and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeping arrangements that can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. The amenities feature an outdoor pool and hot tubs topping it off with a community sauna, fitness center and pool deck area and all of it is just steps from the beach! Inside the unit you will find high speed internet, central heating & air, an in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, hair drier all brilliantly paired with one of the best views the beach has to offer.

CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS:
You must come to our office first before heading over to the property. This is where you will receive your access information before going to the property. Once you receive check-in instructions you may continue to the property. If you do not receive check-n instructions, please be sure to let us know as you will not be able access the property without them. Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions!

What we supply you with:

• During your stay we supply linens and towels (no beach towels) as well as the initial setup of toiletries but ask that you purchase your own for the remainder of your stay.
• We do not provide a daily housekeeping service so we will not be replacing towels or sheets during your stay.
• One roll of paper towels
• One trial size dish soap (for kitchen use) as well as one kitchen towel.
• One dishwashing detergent if applicable.
• One roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• One trial size of shampoo
• One trial size conditioner
• One trial size of body wash and body lotion
• One trial size of laundry detergent (if applicable)
• As well as one trash bag for the kitchen.

Monthly Rentals: We do not offer all year long monthly rentals. We offer Monthly Winter Rentals October through March of the following year.

PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to permit two parking passes per reservation. Outdoor pools are seasonal. You can message us to find out opening and closing dates.
